Our Approach
Small Class Size
Smaller class sizes at the 13 Hooks Suspension Seminars allow for more personalized instruction, hands-on guidance, and meaningful interaction, ensuring every participant gets the attention they need to learn effectively.
One-on-One Support & Assessment
Opportunities for one-on-one support and individual assessments at the 13 Hooks Suspension Seminars ensure new practitioners receive personalized guidance, accurate feedback, and a strong foundation for safe, confident practice.
Hands-on Learning
The Suspension Seminars combine focused classroom instruction with hands-on, practical learning. The program culminates on Day 5 with a full suspension day, giving students the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge.
Practical Reference Guide
A comprehensive reference guidebook and accompanying print materials ensure that participants in the 13 Hooks Suspension Seminars can confidently revisit key concepts, follow proper techniques, and continue learning beyond the classroom.
Suscon Mentorship Support
The Suspension Seminars extend beyond the intensive itself, offering ongoing support to students after completion. The network of practitioners involved in the 13 Hooks program remain available for continued consultation, guidance, and mentorship as participants move forward in their practice.
On-going Support
Learning at the 13 Hooks Suspension Seminars continues beyond the classroom, as our instructors actively support and mentor participants throughout the Ontario Suscon that follows.
